Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
Since your payment is instantly applied to feeding a brilliant yet famished starving artist, purchasing ammunition, or simply paying for more raw materials, you aren't likely to attain a full refund for any of your purchases at this time. That being said, please contact us if you feel you’ve been short-handed in any way.
All RRP OFF apparel is personally groomed and checked for defects, but in the rare event that a shirt is damaged or defective, an exchange will be made. Exchanges will also be made in case you were sent the wrong size or design. If you do feel drawn to exchange your merchandise, send your unworn/unwashed apparel back in its original packaging. Include the receipt and a note with your name or moniker, request, and contact info (email address). Exchanges have to be sent within 30 days of the original order since our records are ritually burned at the end of every month. Once we receive the returned item for exchange, we will process your request and send you a replacement.

Do you take checks or money orders ?
Yes we do. However, if you pay for your order with one of these options we can only send out your purchases immediately after we receive your payment and product request in the mail. Send your check or money order here, with a note indicating the color and quantity of the item(s) you would like.

No shipping charges? Seriously?
We’d like to take the guess work out of online shopping by withdrawing shipping charges for all of our US customers. The price you see is the price you pay.

How long will my purchase take to get here?
We use USPS Priority shipping for all of our orders. The US Postal Service claims that shipping time ranges from 3-6 business days. We apologize if you need your package any earlier. In the case of a life-threatening emergency, contact us here.

What about international orders?
RRP OFF is currently looking for trustworthy and dependable overseas suppliers. In the meantime we are shipping internationally for only a few dollars more on your purchase. You can reach the Internaional Orders page here.

Do 2X-Large and 3X-Large cost more than the other shirt sizes?
No. Although, we have found it difficult to stock certain shirt styles in larger sizes. We would prefer to offer the same product to everyone of our customers but in these cases we may be forced to substitute certain shirt styles based on availability. Such substitutions will be indicated on the product page. If you'd like a size larger than 3xl, contact us here and we'll see what we can do for you.

Which shirt manufacturer does RRP OFF use?
After extensive research and consideration, we’ve settled on Fruit of The Loom’s BEST Tees for a majority of our printed wear. In other instances we’ll use Hanes Beefy Tees or other brands depending on the quality and color selection, and availability.
Ultimately, RRP OFF may find it necessary to produce its own apparel entirely from scratch to ensure that cost, cut, and ethics remain uncompromised.

What size shirt should I buy?
If you’re sincerely unsure what size you should buy, then you need to immediately leave this site and get better acquainted with your own body. For those of you still here, all sizes are men’s sizes and the Fruit of The Loom BEST Tees we often use are better tailored than your average t-shirt.

Will you be doing any ‘women’s’ designs?
We understand that while some women may find our shirts perfectly suited to their tastes, others find the current designs too strong and masculine. We take no offense to the latter opinion and look forward to creating a more feminine line of clothing in the future. Please be patient as we find what we’re all looking for. In the meantime, you may find something that appeals to you in our current collection.

Will you be offering any color or style alternatives for your current designs?
We’d love to. We’ve experimented with a few color and product variations on a few of the designs and look forward to offering more variety in the future. We have plenty of ideas and we’d also like to hear your input. So drop us a line if you’re feeling inspired.

Do you accept design submissions from outside artists?
All of our artists are required to complete a grueling gamut of artistic and physical challenges. Frankly, the application process is nigh impossible to complete. If the need arises for additional artistic contribution, sit tight, we’ll find you.
